This one day class is perfect for all levels. You will be provided with 9 fluffy vanilla cupcakes for you to decorate using edible decorations you made in class.

You will leave with 9 beautiful cupcake creations, a fact sheet containing our cupcake and buttercream recipe and details of where to buy all the tools so that you can recreate your masterpieces at home.

• Use various cutters, moulds and plungers to make beautiful flowers,butterflies and picture frames

• Create stunning full sized two tone rose

• Make two more large blossoms

• Make rose buds

• Create textures on fondant using impression mats

• Add pearlised luster effect and dust flowers for realistic effect

• Achieve pastel tones and hues with fondant

• Achieve flat top cupcakes

• Get super smooth neat tops on cupcakes using fondant

• Use different mediums such as gum paste and fondant

• Display your cupcakes in a beautiful arrangement.

All materials and light refreshments are provided. The only thing you'll need to bring is your creativity!
